Training & Placement Cell at MITCORER

The cardinal point in the life of a professional college student is its training to secure a job and finally placement into a right company. Training & Placement (T & P) Cell has an important role to play in a student’s future and is an imperative mainstay of the Institute. This cell of MITCORER consistently endeavors to help students in following their career goals by getting employment-seeking expertise and ultimately to attain desired employment by keeping in touch with reputed firms and modern foundations. Prof. Vitthal Jagtap, Training & Placement Officer, MITCORER try to refine this process through building a solid organization among alumni, current students, industries and faculty members. The Placement Cell operates round the year to facilitate contacts between graduates and companies. The quantity of students of MITCORER put through the grounds interviews is persistently rising. Even during this pandemic situation companies are conducting online interviews for MITCORER students. The record breaking placements of our students even during this recession blues, itself is a testimony to our eminence.

We believe that MITCORER will continue that legacy in the coming years. From first year studies itself the career guidance programmes are arranged by the Placement Cell. The T & P cell masterminds preparing programs like Group Discussions, Mock Interviews, and Communication Skills Workshop and it likewise trying to arrange Public Sector Exam Training for understudies who are intrigued to join Government Sectors. The highest package received by a final year student as a part of T & P Cell activity is of 10 Lakh per annum and the lowest one is 4.2 Lakh per annum in private sector.
