24th August 2020 is a momentous day for MIT College of Railway Engineering and Research (MITCORER), Barshi, as we celebrate the Foundation Day of our College. It is a milestone to cherish the wisdom, value and legacy that MAEER’s MIT is known for.

On the very day of 2017, MITCORER was inaugurated by the auspicious hands of Hon. Dr. Vishwanath Karad, a visionary, an eminent educationist, philanthropist and an apostle of world peace. The establishment of a college dedicated to Railway Engineering is an example of his foresight and commitment to the society. The foundation of a Railway Engineering college in a place like Barshi is not only his vision but also a part of the mission to pay back to 'Janmabhumi' where he completed his schooling. It is a venture to contribute to the upliftment of the society. This endeavor is marching ahead under the able leadership of Hon.
